0165 (3)(d)The washer and dryer and freezer are not inaccessible to children. (This was corrected on site by locking the door to the room the washer, dryer and freezer are stored). 0165(2)(d) The center had garbage bags that are not inaccessible to children on a shelf in the bathroom between the Sharks and the monkeys classrooms. 0165 (2)(c) The monkeys classroom had a cabinet that was not locked that had christmas lights and a vaccum cleaner that have cords that can form a loop that are not inaccessible to children. The Sharks classroom also has a cord that hooks to a light pad that is not inaccessible to chidren, in addition they have a cord in the hallway plugged that is not inaccessible to children that is close to the bees classroom on the same side by a shelf.
